The three dishes are ① a plate of seasonal ingredients.

② A plate of Kagoshima Black Beef Fillet, which has been awarded the title of number one in Japan for four consecutive years at a tasting competition. ③ Seasonal sashimi, unique to seasonal Japanese cuisine.

Other recommended menu items include seasonal tempura, temari sushi that is a feast for the eyes, handmade Japanese desserts and drinks, and a comprehensive mini kaiseki meal.
