I have heard that "Tencha" is a famous dish that was a favorite of the gourmet Kitaoji Rosanjin.

At our restaurant, you can enjoy freshly fried, crispy kakiage twice.

The first is to pour sauce over it and make it into a "kakiage bowl."

The second is to pour dashi over it and enjoy it as tempura chazuke.
