I heard that "Tencha" is a famous dish that was also favored by gourmet Kitaoji Rosanjin. Enjoy the freshly fried crispy kakiage twice. The first way is to pour sauce over it and have it as "Kakiage Donburi." The second way is to pour soup over it and have it as Tenchazuke.
